Hi ya’ll –
We have had a few customers to ask about the color of Lily Blackbird. Yes, it is wrong. Well not wrong, but it should be darker. It has a black sort of cast to it that is very rare in Asiatic types. I believe Tamsin is getting a new photo to put up on the website soon, but we’ll have to live with the one in the catalog.
If any customers ask, please tell them it is more of a dark, dark red with black overtones. That’s why they called it Blackbird!
