Hi everyone this is Sharon from CS. My team asked me to find out why we say "1 trade gallon pot – 3 qt" for some of our plants. Customers ask about this all the time, and remind us that a gal. has 4 qts. We always just say something about a TRADE gallon is different, but we need to know why.
